Pay My Bill
Governor Inslee issued Proclamation 20-23, pertaining to Utility Ratepayer Assistance and Preservation of Essential Services. Woodinville Water District is committed to keeping our customers connected to essential services during the COVID-19 pandemic emergency. If you experience hardship because of the COVID-19 pandemic, you may be eligible for support, including long-term payment arrangements. This Proclamation does not relieve customers from the obligation to pay for utility services.
If you feel you will have difficulty paying your bill, please contact our customer service staff at 425-487-4100 so we can make arrangements that will work for you.
We offer several ways to pay your utility bill. Please view the following methods:
Your bank may offer bill pay, which can take approximately 5-7 days. When setting up bill pay with your bank, please use the format CUSTOMER#-ACCOUNT#. Example: 1234-567890
The District offers automatic payment through your checking or savings account. To set this up, download and complete the form Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Agreement for Payments and return to the District office with a canceled check. Any future bills will be paid automatically on each bill due date.
For your convenience we have a payment drop box in our parking lot. NO CASH PAYMENTS PLEASE.

View your bill and pay online using DOXO. DOXO is a third-party company that charges a fee if paying by credit or debit card.
To make a payment through DOXO’S automated phone system, call 425-487-4100 and press “8” when prompted. Enter your Customer Number, Account Number and payment amount when prompted.
