You can pay your utility bill online or by phone at any time of day through Paymentus Corporation, a third party automated payment service that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and e-check.  Paymentus will charge you a $3.95 service fee for each transaction up to $350.

What information will I need in order to make a payment?
    • Your Woodinville Water District Account Number and Customer Number (found on your bill);
    • Your credit/debit card or your check routing information;
    • A valid e-mail address for confirmation receipt (online payment only)
    • Note:  If your account balance is zero, Paymentus will not accept a payment.

Why are you charging me a service fee?
    • Paymentus is an independent company providing a service for Woodinville Water District.  They charge a fee to use this service.  The fee covers payment handling and processing charges.  Woodinville Water District does not receive any part of the service fee. 

What do you use my email address for?
    • To email your payment confirmation to you.  We do not use your email for anything except District business.
